The hotel is exceptional! The location is great, allowing you to walk to the best restaurants and the shopping center. The shuttle (train) to the ski resort is right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient.
The two rooms we stayed in were excellent, with great amenities and attention to detail. The gym and spa are great.
The service is fantastic! The concierge Clément was incredible, and the attention of the staff in general is outstanding — especially Mr. Ângelo, a Portuguese man whose courtesy and goodwill stand out.
The breakfast is extraordinary! I recommend it without hesitation.
